We had an amazing time at National Night Out 2024! This annual community-building campaign fosters police-community partnerships and strengthens neighborhood bonds. It was inspiring to see neighbors, community organizations, and city resources come together for the evening.
Emergency Management Listening Session
On Monday, we hosted an Emergency Management Listening Session as Chair of the Public Safety & Criminal Justice Committee, bringing together representatives from several prominent Boston organizations. This gathering provided a platform to discuss emergency management preparedness and identify areas for improvement across a variety of sectors, including healthcare, higher education, utilities, and water.
2024 Summer Safety Plan
We joined Mayor Wu and the Community Safety Team in the announcement of the 2024 annual Summer Safety Plan to ensure all Bostonians, especially youth, have access to essential summer resources, events, and programs.
