Fentanyl Awareness Town Hall in Roxbury

Last week, we participated in a Fentanyl Awareness Town Hall in Roxbury, a crucial event addressing the urgent challenges posed by the opioid crisis, particularly the rising threat of fentanyl.

The event brought together a range of speakers and experts from the DEA, Torchlight Recovery, Mass Hazmat, and Ignite Recovery, each sharing valuable insights on the impacts of fentanyl, prevention strategies, and recovery options. Attendees also had access to a variety of community and recovery resources, with on-site Narcan distribution to empower and equip individuals with life-saving tools.

The town hall highlighted the importance of community engagement and collaboration in combating the opioid epidemic and supporting those affected.
