As sponsor, our office will be participating in an in-person hearing at City Hall held by the Committee on Planning, Development & Transportation with Councilors Pepén and Durkan as co-sponsors on Tues, Dec 3 at 3pm to explore how changes to planning, development, zoning, and land use policies in Austin, TX have increased housing production and affordability, and the potential to apply similar policies in Boston.
